Common questions about Onsite.
Do you take insurance?
At this time, we are not able to bill insurance. Additionally, insurance companies are unlikely to reimburse clients because our programs do not take place in a hospital setting and we do not generate a diagnosis for clients during programs.
How do I know which experience is right for me?

Do you have programs for kids?
Right now, we provide programming for adults 18 and older only. Children 12 and older are allowed to participate as part of a family intensive.
Who leads the programs?
Our programs are guided by a team of carefully selected and trained therapists from across the country. Our world-renowned clinical team includes some of the top trauma-informed experts in the world. You can learn more about our team here.
How do I register?

What is included in my program costs?
In addition to the therapeutic work, your program includes boutique accommodations, meals curated to meet your dietary needs, thoughtfully designed facilities, expansive outdoor space, and hiking trails for exploration and nature-guided healing.
Do you have scholarships available?
Please let our admissions team know if you need financial assistance to attend a program. While scholarships are not available at this time, sometimes there are other financial resources that we can help you tap into.
What are the accommodations like?
Our boutique accommodations are part of our healing hospitality. Every space is thoughtfully designed for rest and rejuvenation. During your stay, you will have 1–2 roommates. Each room includes a private bathroom, high-quality linens, and toiletries.
Can you accommodate specific dietary needs?
We provide nutritious meals for various dietary needs. Each meal includes gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free, soy-free, and kosher options. Our team is trained on the best practices to prevent cross-contamination; however, we cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination.
Can I use my phone and computer at Onsite?
One major benefit of an Onsite experience is being unplugged and removed from life’s distractions. Our experiences are technology-free—guests turn in their electronics at the beginning of each program, and phone use is for emergencies only.
