When you access or use our Sites, portals, or other digital services, we may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us, as well as information automatically collected through your interactions with our online services. We process this information to provide our customers with better services, operate and improve our website and digital platforms, communicate with you, personalize content, support analytics and advertising activities, maintain security, and comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
This Policy is intended to provide you and our customers with a clear and meaningful description of personal information we process, the purpose of processing such information, the categories of third parties to whom personal information may be disclosed, and the methods available for consumers to exercise applicable privacy rights, including rights related to targeted advertising and the sale of personal information.

- Identifiers, such as name, postal address, email address, telephone number, IP address, device identifiers, and account credentials;
- Demographic information, including date of birth and general geographic location;
- Internet or electronic network activity information, including browsing activity, search history, interactions with webpages, advertisements, email, and online content;
- Device and technical information, including browser type, operating system, mobile device information, referral URLs, session activity, and diagnostic data;
- Commercial and transactions information, including payment information and records of products or services obtained;
- Health-related information voluntarily submitted through forms, patient portals, scheduling tools, or other online services;
- Communications and correspondence submitted through forms, surveys, chat tools, support requests, or other interactions; and
- Inferences and audience characteristics derived from online activity or interactions with the Sites or advertisements.
Information Collected Automatically Through Cookies and Tracking Technologies
When you visit or interact with our website or our service providers, we may automatically collect information through cookies, pixels, web beacons, tags, scripts, software development kits (SDKs), session replay technologies, analytical tools, and similar technologies (collectively, “Tracking Technologies”).
- Cookies are small text files stored on a user’s browser or device when visiting a website. Cookies help us recognize users, remember preferences and settings, maintain sessions, analyze website traffic, and support personalization, analytics, and advertising functions. You can set your browser or operating system to refuse all or some cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies, please be aware that some parts of our Sites may then be inaccessible or not function properly. Our service providers and we may use cookies and similar technologies to recognize your browser or device, remember preferences, understand website usage, support analytics, improve website performance, and measure or support marketing communications where permitted. You may manage cookies through your browser or device settings. If Onsite makes a website cookie preference tool available in the future, you may also use that tool to manage your preferences
- Pixels, Tags, and Web Beacons
- Pixels (sometimes referred to as “tracking pixels or pixel tags”) are small pieces of code or transparent graphic images embedded in webpages, emails, or advertisements that collect information about user interactions, such as page visits, email opens, advertisement views, or conversions. Pixels are commonly used for analytics, advertisement measurement, and remarketing activities.
- Tags are snippets of code placed on a website or application that enable functionality related to analytics, advertising, performance monitoring, user behavior tracking, or third-party integrations. Tags may trigger the collection or sharing of information with service providers, advertising partners, or analytics platforms.
- Web Beacons (also referred to as “GIFs,” “beacon tags,” or “single-pixel GIFs”) are small electronic images or pieces of code embedded in webpages or emails that allow us to determine whether a page was viewed, an email was opened, or certain content was interacted with. Web beacons are often used in conjunction with cookies for analytics, website management, and advertising purposes.
- Pages on our websites, digital advertisements, or emails we send may contain small electronic files known as pixels, tags, web beacons, clear gifs, or similar technologies. These technologies may help us count visits, understand whether an email was opened, understand whether links were clicked, measure the performance of content or campaigns, and verify website or system performance.
- Session Replay is a tool that records and recreates a user’s interaction with a website or application to help organizations understand how users navigate and engage with digital services. These technologies may capture information such as mouse movements, clicks, scrolling activity, keystrokes entered into non-sensitive fields, page navigation, device information, and interaction patterns. Session replay technologies are commonly used for website analytics, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, usability improvements, fraud detection, and user experience optimization. We do not intend for session replay or similar tools to capture sensitive health-related information, treatment information, admissions information, payment information, or form-field content.
These tracking technologies may collect information regarding:
- IP addresses and approximate location;
- Browser and device characteristics;
- Website usage activity and navigation behavior;
- Pages visited, links clicked, and search activity;
- Advertising interactions and campaign engagement;
- Session duration, timestamps, and referring URLs;
- User preferences and settings;
- Behavioral analytics and interaction data.
We use these technologies to:
- Operate, maintain, and secure our website and Services;
- Improve website performance, functionality, and user experience;
- Analyze traffic patterns and website engagement;
- Personalize website content and communications;
- Conduct analytics and research activities;
- Deliver and measure advertising and marketing campaigns; and
- Support targeted advertising and remarketing activities.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control Signals
Certain web browsers and browser extensions permit users to send signals indicating a preference that their online activities not be tracked (“Do Not Track” or “DNT”) or that their personal information not be sold or shared through browser-based opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) signals.
Because there is no universally accepted standard for recognizing or responding to Do Not Track signals, our website may not respond to all DNT browser signals.
Analytics, Targeted Advertising, and Sharing of Personal Information
We may use third-party analytics and advertising technologies, including service providers by Google, Meta, and other advertising, analytics, and social media partners. These technologies may include:
- Google Analytics;
- Google Ads and Google remarketing technologies;
- Meta Pixel;
- Conversion tracking technologies;
- Audience matching and social media advertising tools;
- Session replay and heatmapping technologies; and
- Cross-device and behavioral advertising technologies.
These third parties may collect personal information and online activity over time and across different websites, social media platforms, applications, devices, and services for analytics, advertising, attribution, audience development, and marketing purposes.
In certain circumstances, the disclosure of personal information collected through cookies, pixels, analytics tools, advertising technologies, and similar technologies may constitute a “sale” of personal information or processing for “targeted advertising” under applicable state privacy laws, including the Tennessee Information Protection Act (“TIPA”). Categories of personal information that may be sold or shared for targeted advertising purposes include identifiers, device information, internet activity information, online identifiers, geolocation data, and inferences derived from browsing behavior.
Categories of third parties to whom personal information may be sold, disclosed, or shared for targeted advertising or analytics purposes may include:
- Advertising networks;
- Data analytics platforms;
- Social media platforms;
- Marketing and advertising partners;
- Audience measurement providers; and
- Technology vendors and service providers.

If you voluntarily provide your email address for a newsletter, event, resource, or general communication, we may use your email address to send Onsite communications and measure engagement with those communications. Where permitted by law and consistent with your choices and consent, we may also use general newsletter or educational-content subscriber information to personalize communications or support advertising audiences on platforms such as Meta/Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, or similar advertising partners.
Emails we send may use pixels, links, or similar technologies to help us understand whether an email was opened, whether links were clicked, and how recipients engage with our communications. We use this information to measure communication performance, improve content, and better understand general engagement.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting our office.
Email communications that you send to us through website links or standard email may not be automatically encrypted. It is possible that unencrypted email communications could be accessed or viewed by another internet user while in transit. Please avoid including sensitive health, clinical, admissions, or treatment information in general email communications unless you are using an approved secure channel.
