Meet this episode’s experts
Matt Wade is a co-founder of Unstuck Therapy and works primarily with couples, either through weekly sessions or multi-day workshops.
Matt is also a recent addition to the Onsite Clinical team as a Guide Lecturer & Intensive Specialist.
Matt’s passion is helping clients recover and thrive in distressed or in-crisis relationships, wounded attachment, and religious trauma through several evidence-based treatments.
Matt is trained in the gold standard for couples therapy: Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). He is also trained in Experiential Therapy Models such as Psychodrama and Gestalt Therapy.
Matt is also trained in Brainspotting. Matt has been married for 20 years to Amber and they have two kids, Carson and Nellie.
