Rebekah is now serving our clients on our California campus and shares her journey to Onsite as well as how she cares for herself working in the helping profession. Rebekah has had an interesting journey and the conversation is rich with great takeaways for us about self-care, creating room for diversity, and rethinking the way we view our stories.
Meet this episode’s expert
Rebekah has had a rich history in the helping profession. Approaching care through her degree in social work, Rebekah approaches her work with heart and intention. Before coming to Onsite, Rebekah worked in various settings, including Treatment Centers, Residential Programs, and Hospitals.
A few of the proudest moments in her career include presenting a Master’s Thesis on Alexithymia and creating a curriculum paralleling dog training techniques with DBT skills modeling.
