Today’s guest, actress, author, and life coach, Lisa Whelchel, joins Mickenzie and Lindsey to talk about the beauty of letting go. Whether in our spiritual journeys, relationships, careers, or expectations, so many of us navigate life with a tight grip on how we think things should go— leaving little room for things to expand, change, and evolve. Yet, sometimes the best things in life are on the other side of letting go. Throughout the conversation, Lisa shares her own story about letting go and how embracing curiosity changed how she views the world for the better.
