In her role, Hannah works processing, creating efficiencies, alleviating time and energy spent in redundant efforts, and creating a welcoming space for all employees. These led to opportunities of collaboration with diverse communities working to become trauma-informed, such as juvenile justice, corrections, government agencies, and non-profit agencies.
As a Licensed Social Worker, Jenn has served as a Group Facilitator for several organizations including Next Door, Mending Hearts, and the Davidson County Drug Court. Jenn has given back to the field and played an integral role in training future social workers as an Adjunct Professor for The Trevecca University Social Work Department, and as a field instructor for several universities.
