Episode 020: “Living Centered In Authentic Community”

Featuring Shauna Niequist

Relationships are messy, and when you throw in a global pandemic, they get even more complicated. As we all look to emerge from the last year and a half, many of us could use a little help re-engaging, and maybe even rebuilding, community.

Today’s guest, New York Times best-selling author Shauna Niequist, shares how she has leaned into the messiness of community over the last season, even when it wasn’t comfortable or logistically easy, and leaves us with some practical tips to do the same.

On our campus in Tennessee and in Southern California at The Oaks, we remain committed to providing the highest quality emotional health care, while continuing to foster a safe environment for all our guests and our staff.

We’re excited to announce that, in alignment with the CDC guidelines, we have lifted our campus-wide mask mandate for guests that are fully vaccinated. We are grateful to see our campus filled once again with people connecting face to face—safely.

We’d love to invite you to join us for an in-person emotional wellness experience! Our therapeutic framework, combined with our healing hospitality, will cultivate a safe space for you to find the emotional healing and exploration you need to thrive in the future.
