Episode 019: “Living Centered and Understanding Inner-Child Work”

Featuring Carlos Martinez

This week on the Living Centered Podcast, Miles and Lindsey are joined by Onsite’s own Carlos Martinez. In the episode, Carlos explores the topic of inner-child work, and invites us to ask the important question, “Who were you before the world told you who to be?”. Together, the three unpack the concept, value, and journey of reconnecting with our inner child and remembering the wonder and child-like nature that may have gotten lost along the way.
