In honor of World Mental Health Day (10/10), we’re bringing you a special episode of the Living Centered Podcast. For this episode, Lindsey and Mickenzie sat down with seven different Onsite team members to talk about their mental health journeys and the daily practices that keep them centered. It serves as a beautiful reminder that there is no right or wrong way to engage with mental health. We hope it inspires you to pursue the wellness you deserve. Meet this episode’s experts
Amelia Baldwin
Director of Business Development
Amelia serves as a Director of Business Development. In this role, she helps individuals, families, and professionals identify the next right step in their healing journey whether that is at one of our programs or another facility.
In her thirteen years with Onsite, she has officially served as Finance & HR Director, Admissions Specialist, Director of Admissions, VP of Admissions, VP of Operations, and Interim COO. In her most recent Operations roles, Amelia led a large expansive campus project including the construction of three new buildings, all while bringing them in on time and under budget!
Amelia’s broad exposure and various roles at Onsite have provided her a strong perspective and understanding that every role at Onsite is integral to the holistic client experience and the success of the organization.
Emilie Kadlec
Lead Clinical Coordinator
Emilie serves as the Lead Clinical Coordinator on Onsite’s Clinical Team. In her role she comes alongside clients during their application process to ensure they are connected to the right Onsite program that will help them meet their personal and clinical goals.
Emilie has an undergraduate degree in Sociology from Asbury College and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling from Ashland University. She came to Onsite after spending the last ten years as an individual counselor and consultant both in the business and healthcare field.
Hannah Leigh
Human Resources Generalist
Hannah serves as the Human Resources Specialist and comes to Onsite with over 16 years as a Human Resources Professional in the manufacturing world. During her career, she has been fortunate enough to serve the HR Community as the PR Chair for WKY SHRM board, President of the Hopkinsville KY FAME Program at HCC Co-founder and VP Chair for Menomonee Falls Safety Professionals.
In her role, Hannah works processing, creating efficiencies, alleviating time and energy spent in redundant efforts, and creating a welcoming space for all employees. Much of her time is spent between “selling” the company to new candidates who may not have heard of Onsite, and ensuring that the culture flexes and adapts through the changes and seasons of the organization.
Jenn Martin
Client Liason Manager
Jenn serves as the Program Manager ensuring that Onsite programs run smoothly, and that the client’s therapeutic experience exceeds their expectations.
Before coming to Onsite Jenn was the Director of Positive Parenting and Nurturing Families for The Family Center.
Jenn was one of the first professionals in Middle Tennessee to begin teaching parent, business, and non-profit communities in Nashville and Murfreesboro about the impact of childhood trauma through the lens of the Adverse Childhood Experiences Study. She has conducted hundreds of public education events with the goal of elevating the importance of attachment within the family unit to heal and prevent childhood trauma. These led to opportunities of collaboration with diverse communities working to become trauma-informed, such as juvenile justice, corrections, government agencies, and non-profit agencies.
As a Licensed Social Worker, Jenn has served as a Group Facilitator for several organizations including Next Door, Mending Hearts, and the Davidson County Drug Court. Jenn has given back to the field and played an integral role in training future social workers as an Adjunct Professor for The Trevecca University Social Work Department, and as a field instructor for several universities.
Marshall Millikin
VP of Admissions and Business Development
Marshall serves Onsite as the Vice President of Business Development and Admissions.
Having worked in the behavioral health field for over 25 years, Marshall began his professional journey at Onsite Workshops in 1995 as a Program Coordinator. During his first 11 years with Onsite, he also served as an Admissions Director, Marketing Director, and later Co-Director and Co-Owner.
Since departing Onsite in 2006, Marshall has been involved in addiction and behavioral healthcare leadership, consulting and training, executive recruiting, and development of residential facilities and intensive outpatient programs across the country. He has served in leadership roles for Cumberland Heights, Life Healing Center, Wellness Resource Center, New Life Lodge, Sierra Tucson, The Ranch, Integrative Life Center, and The Estate at River Bend.
Orion Pahl
Creative Content Specialist
Orion Pahl currently serves as the Creative Content Specialist for Onsite’s Marketing Team. In this role, Orion is responsible for various aspects of telling and documenting the work of Onsite through video, photography, and graphics.
Before coming to Onsite, Orion worked as a Creative Pro at Apple Inc., where he was selected for a special cohort to represent and develop Apple’s “Creative Pro” rollout.
Orion is a freelance videographer and award-winning filmmaker for his documentary “Bury Me At Taylor Hollow.”
Paige Ellis
Animal & Farm Specialist
Paige currently serves Onsite as the Animal & Farm Specialist.
While studying at Murray State Paige acquired an internship with one of the largest sport horse breeders in the US and also served as the Barn Manager Assistant for the university.
Paige always knew that she would end up at a therapy barn and the stars aligned at exactly the right time for her to join the Onsite team. After finding a listing and learning more about Onsite, Paige knew that this was the place she needed to be and immediately applied.
