Episode 047: “Living Centered and Showing Up”
Featuring Laura Quick
Many of us want a quick fix when it comes to mental health. Instead, sustainable change happens in what we call “two-degree shifts,” small adjustments that make a monumental impact over time.
Today’s guest, Laura Quick, is no stranger to being in process and implementing the two-degree shifts in her life. She sat down with Lindsey and Mickenzie to chat about her passion for mental health and the role “showing up and doing the work” has played in her life, marriage, businesses (3 of them!), and even her parenting.
