Episode 043: “Living Centered and Mentally Healthy at Work”

Featuring Roy Day

Do you feel like the last two years have taken a toll on your professional life? You’re not alone. According to a recent study, 40% of workers experienced mental health issues this past year. But what can we do? What does a safe work environment that supports employees in holistic ways look like in practice?

Join Mickenzie and Lindsey for an authentic conversation with Onsite’s new Chief People Officer, Roy Day, about the role we can all play in creating cultures that prioritize and facilitate mental health, diversity, inclusion, and connection.

“I am extremely excited to join the Onsite team and continue its rich history of transforming lives. Throughout my 20-year career, I have loved serving employees and look forward to continuing that work at Onsite. In today’s climate, I am committed to cultivating an inclusive workplace culture that produces better outcomes for our employees and clients alike. I believe that growing diversity is the result of our behavior, our personal commitment, our curiosity, and our ability to share our perspectives in an ever-changing environment. These things will bring us together in ways that will help us connect, belong, grow, and stand out.”
