Miles Adcox is a speaker, thought leader, advocate, advisor, and entrepreneur in the emotional wellness space. Unabashed personal freedom is a key to Miles’ personality; his ability to live life out loud through really hard work and great decisions is inspiring and something that people often long to emulate. Miles’ personal style and design inspirations draw from cowboy and western culture. Miles has a personal eagerness for adventure, and he encourages others to take a step outside themselves, both physically and mentally, in order to be vulnerable and become in-tune with their emotions and intentions.

He is the Chairman and Owner of Onsite, an internationally-known emotional wellness lifestyle brand that delivers life-changing personal growth workshops, digital mental health master classes, emotionally smart leadership retreats, and residential emotional wellness and trauma treatment. Miles’ work at Onsite has been featured on 20/20, Good Morning America, the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, The Dr. Phil Show, The Doctors, People, Billboard, Marie Claire, and more.

Janet has experience working with a variety of clients across both for-profit and non-profit sectors. Most recently, she served as Co-President, Chief Strategy and Operating Officer for BUNTIN. Janet leverages 20+ years of experience to partner with clients in the development of leaders and teams to unlock potential and build capacity.

As an experienced C-suite executive, she is uniquely positioned to understand firsthand the challenges that executives face when addressing the need to grow. Prior to BUNTIN, Janet served as the Chief Operating Officer of Onsite Partners and prior to Onsite, she was a partner and leader of the strategy, change leadership, and facilitation practice areas of c3/consulting, which was acquired by Ankura in 2018. Throughout her career, she has held leadership positions in business development, finance, sales, operations, and customer experience in a variety of industries. This first-hand experience has shaped her ability to connect with executives and team members at all levels while fostering cross-functional collaboration and connected cultures.

In her role as Executive Director of our Milestones program, Amelia leverages years of experience in business development, admissions, operations and partnering with our clinical teams in the successful facilitation and operations of the Milestones residence. As a member of Onsite’s Executive Team, she is uniquely positioned to both understand firsthand the challenges that clients face when addressing their need to heal and grow and the vast resources available to address those needs. Amelia is a trusted advisor who skillfully guides referents, clients, and their families to identify the best support to address their unique needs whether it is at Onsite, Milestones or somewhere else.

Amelia has held a number of positions during her fifteen-year tenure at Onsite, including Director of Finance, Program Development, Admissions, Business Development, VP of Operations, and Interim COO. Prior to Onsite, she ran her own bookkeeping firm. Amelia has also owned a retail store and served as an Administrative Assistant to Partners in a publishing firm. Throughout her career, she has held leadership positions in business development, finance, operations, admissions, and customer experience. This first-hand experience has shaped her ability to connect with referents, clients, families, clinicians, executives, and team members at all levels while fostering cross-functional collaboration and connected cultures

Lizzy McGlothlin has worked in the behavioral health field for over 17 years in various administrative and leadership roles. In 2023, she helped lead The Global Exchange Conference, the largest Mental Health, Wellness, and Leadership Conference that brings together thought leaders and pioneers to train and inspire professionals.

Lizzy is excited to return to Onsite, where she has worked since 2009. At Onsite, Lizzy served in admissions, marketing, programming, business development, and entertainment services. This next phase will bring together her past experiences to support the reach and growth of Onsite.

In every area she has served, Lizzy has found success and impact. In business development and entertainment services, she worked to connect professionals and clients alike to the work of Onsite. As a leader of the programming team, she brought efficiency and added structure to Onsite programs. Her efforts increased the number of programs offered, the quality of the experience, and the number of clients served.

Lizzy has a unique ability to balance both the strategic and relational thinking required to grow and sustain a high-performing team. She firmly believes that courage and vulnerability are essential leadership skills needed to meet the challenging demands of today’s organizations. She is passionate about connecting with people and helping them find the next step in their emotional wellness journey. Lizzy’s recovery journey sparked her passion for helping others and inspired her desire to change and grow as a leader in this field.

Adam joins the Onsite team to guide our team and people initiatives. He brings a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for HR leadership and the work of Onsite and Milestones. He started his career in marketing, branding, and advertising and transitioned into people operations at GS&F in Nashville. Most recently, he served as their EVP, People.

In her role as Vice President of Finance, Alexia is responsible for leading the finance team and supporting the needs of various Onsite teams.

Prior to joining Onsite, Alexia served for five years at Chesapeake Energy in Oklahoma City as an Accountant, Controller, and Senior Internal Auditor, and for five years at Davis Oil Company as Operations Manager.

As VP, Operations Clint oversees teams responsible for creating the best experience for clients visiting the Onsite campus. Clint joined Onsite after working for a contractor responsible for new buildings on campus. He was drawn to being a part of the team after seeing the positive atmosphere that he claims is “infectious.”

Leading Onsite’s clinical division, Heather is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor, a Clinical Addiction Specialist, and a Certified Trauma Therapist. She completed a Master’s degree in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology from Naropa University. With nearly 20 years in the treatment industry, her clinical experience includes direct client care and executive leadership roles at inpatient, outpatient, and wilderness therapy programs.

Heather has been a part of developing, designing, and opening five dual-diagnosis and trauma-informed behavioral health substance use programs. Her clinical expertise includes working with the LGBTQ+ community, trauma, mental health, substance use disorders, spirituality, anxiety, depression, grief, and loss. Her clinical approach is person-centered, holistic, and humanistic, utilizing evidence-based experiential interventions to support the growth of individuals.

Jackie D’Aloise is Onsite’s Chief of Staff and is responsible for the development of systems, structures, and processes to support the day-to-day operations of our our organization. Prior to joining Onsite, she was VP of Business Strategy at InsureWorkforce, and prior to InsureWorkforce, Jackie was Director of Operations for a boutique design firm. In addition, she was Director at c3/consulting (now Ankura) for 7 years. 

Jackie earned her BA in Art History, Business, and American Culture Studies from Washington University in St. Louis. In addition to operations experience, Jackie brings unique skills in visual thinking, facilitation, change management, creativity, and innovation to her role at Onsite.

John Pritchard has always been drawn to the intersection of beauty and soul. Whether curating intimate gatherings or orchestrating large-scale global events, his gift lies in creating spaces—physical, emotional, and spiritual—where people can connect deeply with themselves and with one another.

With a bachelor’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Auburn University, Pritchard leads with both emotional intelligence and presence. He serves on the board of Sanctuary Mental Health and, for the past four years, has helped shape transformative programming at Onsite, one of the world premier emotional wellness organizations. Pritchard currently serves as Onsite’s Vice President for Entertainment and Specialized Services.

Over the past two decades, Pritchard has worked across the nonprofit, creative, and entertainment sectors, designing experiences that move people toward growth, connection, and lasting impact. His work has taken him from New York to Hong Kong, London to Florence—but no matter the setting, Pritchard shows up with curiosity, empathy, and an unwavering belief in the power of shared experience.

What sets Pritchard apart is his rare ability to see people clearly and help them feel truly seen. He listens with intention, leads with heart, and crafts environments that make people feel at home—even while they’re doing the hard, beautiful work of transformation.
