Customers navigate to Onsite’s website and fill out our consent form with their name and phone number at the Contact Us Form and Registration Form. They provide consent by checking the box that says “By checking this box, I provide express consent to receive program information, task reminders, appointment details, and promotional offers messages from Onsite.
