Onsite Group Practice

Integrated care to meet you where you are.
At Onsite Group Practice, we offer a compassionate and clinically grounded space where individuals can experience meaningful change through personalized therapy and mental health services.
As an extension of Onsite’s legacy of emotional wellness, our practice brings the same trusted care you know, now in an outpatient setting. Whether you’re navigating a season of stress, processing past trauma, or simply seeking greater clarity and connection, we’re here to walk alongside you.
Our clinicians specialize in what are called “bottom-up approaches” to healing. We find that the people we see are intelligent enough that if the problem were something to “figure out” with some skill, tip, or advice, they would have probably figured it out by now. Bottom-up approaches are less focused on a person’s intellect and instead work with the person’s heart and body, because this is where we hold emotional pain and trauma. When a person can shift in their heart and body, the shift then moves from the “bottom-up” to changes in the way the person sees themselves, others, and the world.

Meet Our Team

Laura Melrose, LMFT
Clinical Director
Laura is a warm and compassionate therapist who specializes in helping people navigate the many roles and transitions in life, whether it’s managing relationships, career changes, or personal growth. She focuses on the mind-body connection and uses Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy to help clients identify and heal the parts of themselves that may be holding onto negative beliefs, trauma, or old patterns. By connecting with these parts, clients are able to let go of stuck emotions and move toward more balanced, centered living.
Laura believes that true healing begins with developing a compassionate relationship with yourself. When we are kind and understanding toward ourselves, we are better able to show up for the people we love. She uses IFS and other therapeutic techniques to support you in reconnecting with your core self and navigating life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence.
Whether you’re navigating crisis, trauma, or the everyday stress of balancing multiple responsibilities, Laura is committed to providing a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore your feelings and make meaningful changes in your life. If you’re looking for a therapist who will walk alongside you with empathy and insight, Laura could be the right fit for you.
