A weekend for couples to better understand what brings them together, what gets between them, and how to move forward together.
A weekend for couples to better understand what brings them together, what gets between them, and how to move forward together.
Life is full. Work, family, schedules, responsibilities, and the everyday demands of life can make it easy to give our closest relationships whatever time and attention are left.
Coupleship creates space to do something different. This immersive weekend experience gives couples dedicated time to step away, learn more about themselves and each other, and strengthen the relationship they are building together.
Hands-on
from the start
At Onsite, we know some things make more sense when you experience them for yourself. Throughout the weekend, experiential activities bring relationship patterns to life, giving you a chance to see and feel how they show up in real time and meet the greater community.
Grounded in
proven methods
Led by Onsite clinicians, Coupleship draws from some of the most trusted research and tools in couples therapy and translated into practical ideas you can understand, recognize, and implement in your relationship.
Learn side
by side
Guided couples exercises and conversations give you and your partner the opportunity to practice what you’re learning in real time, so you can see how these tools work in your relationship.
Onsite, in a
new setting
Hosted at our Nashville location. You’ll be with us during the day and on your own in the evenings, including Saturday night, which is yours for a date.
WHAT YOU’LL
LEARN TOGETHER
Over the weekend, you and your partner will move through six parts, each building on the last.
ONE
Better Understand
Each Other
Understand how your individual experiences shape what you need from each other and why the same moment can feel so different to each of you.
TWO
See the Patterns
between You
Recognize the familiar patterns that can take over when tension rises, what’s happening underneath them, and how to respond differently when you get stuck.
THREE
Notice the Small
Moments Matter
Learn to recognize the everyday ways you reach for each other and how your responses in those moments build connection over time.
FOUR
Navigate Conflict
Differently
Identify the habits that make disagreements harder and practice better ways to communicate what you feel, need, and want your partner to understand.
FIVE
Find Your Way Back
Learn how to repair after missed moments, hurt feelings, and hard conversations so disconnection doesn’t have to become distance.
SIX
Be Intentional about
What Comes Next
Create a shared vision for your relationship and identify practical ways to keep investing in it when you return to everyday life.

Asked
Questions
Any couple who wants to understand each other better and build real tools for connection, whether things are going well and you want to go deeper, or you’re in a harder season and looking for a place to start.
No. Coupleship is an educational and relational weekend, not a substitute for couples therapy. If you’re in a really hard season and struggling to find your way through conflict on your own, we’ll talk with you about starting with some individual work first, either before this weekend or alongside it.
TBD
Travel and accommodations are not included, so you’re welcome to choose the stay that works best for you and your partner. Our team is happy to give recommendations as well. Saturday lunch is included as part of the Coupleship experience; meals outside of that are on your own.
