Unplugged
A healing retreat for those in the music industry
Find relief from anxiety, stress, and burnout
This November, The Onsite Foundation in partnership with MusiCares is excited to host a healing retreat for music-industry professionals.
Step away from the hustle of everyday life and give yourself room to heal what hurts by exploring who you are, what got you here, and the life you want to live moving forward.
Where it’s safe to be you
What we’ll workshop
Unplugged is a 4-day workshop that works through the fundamental concepts and ideas that keep so many of us stuck, including:
- Trauma
- Shame
- Inner child
- Family of origin
- Codependency
- Medicators
- Relationships
- Self-Actualization
Guiding you to your fullest potential
It’s no secret that life in the music industry creates high levels of stress, anxiety, and burnout. Studies show that those in the creative sector are 3x more likely to face mental health challenges than the general population.
Whether you are struggling to juggle everything coming at you or simply want to optimize life with renewed vision, meaning, and purpose, this program will help you disconnect in order to reconnect to what really matters.
